Realtor
Hi, I’m Kandis Furlow. I’m a realtor with Keller Williams Realty and I’ve been working in real estate since 2006. I’ve always had an interest in homes. The different styles and designs were fascinating to me, so it felt natural that I should get my license. At the time, I had no idea of how complex and challenging a career in real estate could be. It isn’t easy, but finding that perfect home for a buyer or marketing and selling a house brings me great satisfaction for a job well done. My professional background In my life before real estate, I worked for Delta Air Lines. I started in reservation sales, but ended up wearing “many hats” for the company. I worked on the ticket counter, in data communications and network support, as well as marketing. This gave me experience with problem solving, working under pressure and more importantly, how to market effectively. I’m a volunteer. I’ve always enjoyed volunteering, working on community service projects, scout projects, and church events. I’ve met and worked with people from all walks of life; from poor to wealthy, educated and not educated, all races, creeds and religions. These experiences are correlative with my real estate career. Both require an ability to work well with others, to be accountable, to problem solve and be creative. I bring that to the table as well as a determination to go that extra mile and give over and above the standard. These actions are a core part of who I am. My goal. I want to treat every person I meet in a way that I would want to be treated. I will take my experience and knowledge of real estate and put it to work for you. I will be with you every step of the way and I will help you be successful. Your real estate goals become my goals. Personal info I’m a transplant to New Jersey 25+ years now and love it, at least for 3 seasons out of the year. I’m from Jackson, and lived in Houston, Atlanta and Manhattan before making Middletown my home. We raised our son here and now he is an officer serving in the Army. I’m a proud Army mom! I like being known as Warren’s wife, Troy’s mom and animal lover. If I’m not working you might find me at the movies, cooking, walking on the boardwalk, planning a trip, ringing bells in my bell choir and yes, I’ll admit it, binge watching my favorite shows. My real estate career is a continuous journey of learning, negotiating, facilitating and interaction. When you join me, I will dedicate myself to either finding you the right house or selling your home. I am certain I can help achieve your real estate dreams and goals. I love meeting new people so please call me at 908-267-3742.
